Why can’t I edit Plan in browser

After I have Published model I cannot create/edit new plan in browser..?

Another bug in 2.0.7..?

I thought I used to be able to do this without a problem

Plan features in ValQ can be accessed on switching from reading view to Edit mode in Power BI Service.
